Terms of service

These terms describe permitted use of the public Hexfang website, a fictional creative project by A.L. Guerra.

The experience

The site provides story text, character artwork and a character video. It offers no paid subscription, purchase, account, membership or personalized professional service.

Creative material

Hexfang’s original writing and creative material belong to their respective rights holders. You may browse the website for personal enjoyment. Access does not grant a commercial license to reproduce, redistribute, sell or adapt the material. Exceptions and permissions provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Fiction and mature themes

The series includes supernatural violence, attempted sexual assault, bereavement and vampirism. Reader discretion is advised. Its characters and supernatural events are fictional. The family’s invented magic is not presented as an account of historical Taíno religious practice. Stylized costumes and visual scenes are artistic depictions.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, compromise its hosting, misrepresent yourself as its creator or use the material in ways that infringe applicable rights. Do not submit credentials or private information; the site provides no submission mechanism.

Availability and changes

Content may be revised as the series develops. Continuous availability, compatibility with every device and error-free operation are not promised. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
